The weeks following the birth of your baby is such an intimate and sacred time.

I am honored to be welcomed into that space with you and your family.

During this time, with me as your devoted doula, you will be learning, bonding, and discovering your baby while I nurture and tend to your needs as they arise.

I’ll be there for you every step of the way!

You will feel a sense of peace within yourself, learn to tune in to your inner wisdom, and gain confidence as you move forward on your journey into motherhood.

About Me…

I am passionate and heart driven when it comes to my work as a postpartum doula.

After the birth of my oldest son I experienced many challenges and quickly realized how much support is needed during the weeks following birth.

It can be a very overwhelming time, and I wanted to be able to support mothers in a way that helps them feel safe to be vulnerable, learn to trust their own instincts, and to know they are not alone.
